Where can I buy tickets?

Leading up to the event, tickets are only available for purchase online via the link on our website.

The day of the show, you also have the option to buy tickets at the door.

Admission tickets grant you admission to the event only and do not include autographs, professional photo ops, selfies with guests, or any merchandise.

How much are tickets?

General Admission (Ages 11 and up): $30 per day or $50 for the weekend until May 24^th at 11:55PM when the price increases to $40 per day or $60 for the weekend

Kids three to ten years of age are $10 per day or $15 for the weekend.  Kids two and under get free admission (with paid parent/guardian, limit two kids per paid adult).

What is the refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

I purchased a ticket online. What do I need to bring?

The QR code that came with the tickets. This can be printed out or scanned from your phone. You can also bring a print out of your ticket(s). Once you are checked in, you will receive a wristband that will get you in throughout the day or weekend, depending on what type of ticket you purchased.

Do pre-sales get in early?

No, but we will start scanning in pre-sales early, so most pre-sale purchasers can be the first through when doors open.

Are you selling tickets at the door?

Yes, we are! We accept cash, credit, or debit. Card sales are subject to a fee.

What happens if I lose my wristband? 

Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace your wristband if you take it off or lose it. Wristbands that are lost, stolen or damaged cannot be replaced. Please take care of your wristband–it is your only valid entry into the event.

Can I leave and come back?

Yes! Once you have checked in and receive your wristband, you can come and go from the event as you please. Your wristband will get you back in for the day(s) you purchased.

Are celebrity guests there all day, both days?

All guests are scheduled to attend both days, except for Sting (who is Saturday 1p-4p only) and Emma Caulfield (who is Sunday only).  Guests do take breaks throughout the day, and most have panels and pro photo ops. Otherwise, they’ll be at their booths signing and taking pics with fans. You can find out more about the guests (including panel schedules and pro photo ops schedules) at at the links in the menu.

Do celebrity guests charge for pictures and autographs?

Yes, with the pricing set at their discretion. We have posted pricing on our website in the Guest section for those who have sent us their pricing.

If I bring my own Item with me, will a guest sign it?

Typically, yes, but not always. You would need to ask each guest individually.

Can I pre-purchase autographs, selfies, etc.?

Can I pre-purchase pro photo ops?

Yes, you can. You can also purchase them on site at the event. The link to pre-purchase (and the schedule) can be found here: https://posephotoops.com/events/

Can I bring in food and a drink with me?

Outside food and drink is not permitted inside the MSCCCC per venue rules, but if you need to do so for medical reasons, that’s okay. Just let them know at security check. The venue is cashless for concessions, so please have card for payment.

What is the venue bag policy?

The venue has not told us of any restrictions on the type of bag you can bring to the show. All bags will be subject to a check by security before entry.

What about parking?

You will find ample parking in the surrounding parking lots of the venue. Their will be charges for parking during the weekend of the show. The pricing is $10 and is cashless only.

Can I take pictures/video at the show?

For the most part, you’re welcome to take still pictures and video; however, please note that all recording is prohibited during panels. Guests have a right to their privacy, and if they ask not to have their picture taken, please respect their wishes. Our staff photographer will be moving throughout the event, taking photos for our social media. Entering the venue consents all attendees to phorography and recording by our staff photographer.

Weapons Policy & Cosplay Regulations

Humble staff and the venue management shall have sole discretion in any matter that they believe may affect public safety or be important to protect the integrity of the event.
